hello!

I am Gina. Coach, Gatherer and Community Builder

We are constantly growing and evolving. Some seasons can be tricky to navigate. Feeling stuck, desiring change but not knowing where to begin, and feeling detached from our authentic self can leave us tired. I love walking alongside women who are ready to get reacquainted with their soul.

As a coach, I believe that the answers you are seeking are inside of you. These answers just might be buried under some old patterns, habits and held beliefs. Let’s work together to uncover your path, your desires and your beautiful, authentic self.

Rediscovering Myself

I am a mother to a brave, creative and active twelve year old girl. This transition was full of joy and unfamiliar territory. It was so easy for me to lose sight of my own needs. My own personal care did not become a priority for me until my daughter was 2. Discovering running was the catalyst that helped me rediscover ME at age 37.

Loss

In January 2017 my husband, Jason, died suddenly. An incredible dad and husband, funny, brilliant, an athlete and in my mind, a super hero. In an instant our family changed. I became a solo parent of a then 5 year old and had to quickly navigate loss and grief while figuring out how to parent by myself. Life was messy and hard and I was full of anxiety.

Rooted Desires

I listened to my intuition which loudly directed me to move across the country to Bellingham, WA. This would be a place of healing and finding my footing. I found community, abundant trails, gorgeous landscapes and most of all- Myself. I take Jason’s loss with me each day and I Live. I know firsthand how important it is to allow desires to take root and let forward movement in the direction that brings me wholeness, unfold.

we are here to LIVE!

Life is for living. To truly live, requires us to be brave, to trust and to allow ourselves to explore the growth we long for. It is an act of love to choose YOU. The seasons we find ourselves in are not permanent.

Opening ourselves to possibility, to change, to new adventures is where we feel alive.
